Shabnampreet Kaur served as the Program Director at Connecting Dots Foundation. Originally from India, she relocated to Canada in 2020, driven by a deep passion for early childhood education. In 2022, she earned her Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) from CDI College and has since been dedicated to fostering high-quality learning environments for young children.

Shabnampreet began her career as an Educator, gaining valuable hands-on experience nurturing children’s growth and development. In her current role as Program Director, she oversees curriculum development, ensures high standards of care, and supports a team of dedicated educators in creating safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environments.

Committed to continuous learning and professional growth, Shabnampreet actively seeks opportunities to expand her knowledge and understanding of early childhood education.
