Navroop Ghumman

Director of Operations

Navroop Ghumman is the Director of Operations Connecting Dots Foundation. He holds an Advanced Diploma from Sheridan College, in Community and Justice Services and began his early childhood education experience in Toronto when he worked with at-risk kids in PCHS that ran multi learning facilities. The experience gained from working with children, their families and his co-workers guided him to own and directed Alphabet Day care in Red Deer successfully. Navroop has established inclusive childcare spaces with Gurcharan and was keyholder person for Alphabet Day care to secure funding for Childcare Capacity Building Grant, Enabling Accessibility funding. As a visionary, Navroop has the unique ability to capitalize on emerging trends and harness strategic opportunities for the Connecting Dots Foundation to provide quality childcare in the rural communities of Alberta.
