Amber St. Pierre

Managing Director

Amber St. Pierre is our Managing Director at Alphabet Day care, Connecting Dots and Dave Barr locations. She graduated from Norquest College with honours in both Early Learning and Child Care certificate and diploma programs, receiving a 3.98 GPA. Since receiving her level 3 in ELCC Amber has over 5 years of experience in the field where she has taken on the roles as an Assistant Director, Director and now Managing Director. Amber is a Liasson between Management ands Program Directors. She works closely with our Operations Manager to assist our Program Directors in ensuring our vision of quality care for all. She mentors Program Directors, providers ongoing training for staff, works with community organizations to secure resources for educators, and assists management in maintaining the centres budget. Amber has always has a passion in working with children and when she isn’t busy focusing on creating inclusive care, she is busy caring for her almost two year old daughter and is looking forward to welcoming her second little girl this summer.
