After immigrating to Canada, Mily continued to build on her skills, taking on key roles at Tim Hortons, Pizza Pizza, and TD Insurance. At Tim Hortons and Pizza Pizza, she worked in fast-paced, customer-focused environments, managing franchise operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring high standards of customer service. These roles were pivotal in shaping her leadership style, focusing on consistency, accountability, and the importance of building strong, empowered teams.

At TD Insurance, Mily further honed her leadership and strategic capabilities as a Team Manager, leading high-performing teams, driving innovation in service delivery, and focusing on process optimization and customer engagement.
