At Tim Hortons and Pizza Pizza, she worked in fast-paced, customer-focused environments, managing franchise operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring high standards of customer service. These roles were pivotal in shaping her leadership style, focusing on consistency, accountability, and the importance of building strong, empowered teams.
