Program Director
Dolly Garcha is the Program Director at Connecting Dots Foundation, Innisfail, where she leads the design and execution of childcare and educational programs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Science and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, combining her solid foundation in health with specialized knowledge in early childhood learning.
With over 4 years of hands-on experience in childcare as level 3 educator, Dolly has worked with children of various backgrounds and abilities, including those with disabilities, ensuring they receive the support needed for growth and development and has collaborated with family and community resources to ensure children’s needs are met. In addition to her work in childcare, Dolly has over 8 years of experience as an academic mentor working with children of all ages to improve their academic skills, build confidence, and achieve their goals. Her mentoring approach is personalized, whether one-on-one or in groups, focusing on fostering a love of learning, strengthening academic foundations, and promoting both intellectual and personal growth.
Dolly’s lifelong passion for working with children and supporting their development is the driving force behind her career. She is deeply committed to making a lasting impact in the lives of children, helping them grow into confident, capable individuals ready to take on the challenges of the future.
