We are Gursewak Singh Gill and Navjinder Kaur Gill, the proud directors of Connecting Dots Daycare and parents to two beautiful children. Our journey into the world of childcare began with our search for the perfect daycare for our kids. As parents, we understand the importance of finding a nurturing, safe, and educational environment. During our search, we realized that there was a significant shortage of quality daycare options in our community, which inspired us to become a part of the Connecting Dots family. Gursewak moved to Canada in 2007 after completing his post-graduation in Computer Science. With a strong background in business ownership and a passion for technology, he has built a successful career in Canada, previously running his own trucking business. Navjinder, who holds a Master’s degree in Computer Application and Computer Science from India, has extensive experience in management and education, having served as the director of her family-owned college before moving to Canada in 2015. Together, we bring a unique blend of skills and experience to the childcare industry. At Connecting Dots, our goal is to create an environment where children can thrive. As parents, we know first-hand what it takes to care for young children and are committed to fostering growth, learning, and a sense of community. We run our daycare with strong ethical values and a focus on the well-being of every child in our care. As directors, we are excited about the future of Connecting Dots and have plans to expand and continually improve our services, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of care and education. Our daycare is located in the vibrant community of Cambridge, a place known for its strong sense of community and family-friendly atmosphere. We are thrilled to be opening our doors in such a welcoming and dynamic area, and we look forward to contributing to the growth and development of the children and families here.
