Kamal Singh Tomar is a visionary entrepreneur and dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience in business operations, sales, and franchise development. Currently serving as the Director of Franchise Development and Operations at Connecting Dots Day Care, Kamal is also the CEO of Vision Stream Global Consulting Canada, and has previously held senior executive roles, including Vice President of Global Franchise at Save Max International.

Over the years, Kamal has built a solid reputation for scaling businesses, developing franchise systems, and expanding brands across international markets. He has successfully onboarded more than 200 franchisees and distributors across Canada, India, the USA, and Australia in sectors like childcare, real estate, FMCG, and finance. With deep expertise in franchise sales, global expansion, strategic marketing, risk management, and operational leadership, Kamal is known for creating scalable, people-first business models that thrive.

Fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Marathi, and Gujarati, and holding an MBA from Mumbai University alongside a Bachelor of Commerce from Jiwaji University, Kamal combines academic excellence with cross-cultural insight.
