Greetings! My name is Shabnampreet Kaur, and I am honored to serve as the Program Director at Connecting Dots Foundation. Originally from India, I relocated to Canada in 2020, driven by my passion for early childhood education. I earned my Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) from CDI College in 2022 and have since been dedicated to fostering high-quality learning environments for young children. My career began as an Educator, where I gained valuable hands-on experience nurturing children’s growth. Now, as Program Director, I oversee curriculum development, ensure high standards of care, and support a team of dedicated educators in creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment. I am committed to continuous learning and professional growth. My role at Connecting Dots Foundation has been instrumental in expanding my knowledge and deepening my understanding of early childhood education. Staying informed about new developments in the field allows me to integrate innovative strategies into our programs, enhancing the experiences of both children and educators. Beyond my career, I am proud to be a wife and enjoy balancing my personal life with my dedication to early childhood education. I look forward to collaborating with families and educators to support children’s learning and development.
